Data protection policy
- All guests must provide physical ID to gain entry to the premises.
- IDs will be scanned upon entry; data is permanently deleted 31 days after the visit date unless a customer has been flagged.
- No personal data is provided to third parties outside of law enforcement and venue staff.
- Customers have the right to request what private information has been collected, used, and/or disclosed by visiting https://dispute.patronscan.com/disclosure-request/
Booking policy
Bookings
- All large bookings (7 or more) must be a mixed group. No more than 7 males per large booking.
- All bookings are subject to a 2-hour slot. Guests must leave the premises once their booking slot has ended.
- There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Bookings will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
- Only one booking per group is allowed per day. Multiple bookings by the same group will be cancelled and the table given to the next guest on the waiting list.
- A group is defined as guests who are part of the same party, even if bookings are made under different names. This includes but is not limited to:
- Bookings made using the same phone number, email address, or payment method
- Guests arriving together or requesting to be seated near each other
- Any indication that the parties are part of a coordinated booking
Dining
- Last kitchen orders are at 10:30 pm.
- Play LDN has a strict no drug policy.
- No smoking allowed in the restaurant, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes.
- No smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or vapes in the shisha lounge.
- Shisha sharing is one between two people.
- External cakes are not permitted inside the venue.
Deposits
Bookings for 6 guests or fewer
- A deposit of £20 per person is required for both restaurant and shisha lounge bookings.
Group bookings (7 guests and above)
- Restaurant: £30 deposit per person required.
- Shisha lounge: 50% of the minimum spend as a deposit. Contact the venue for the current minimum spend.
- A set menu is required for all large bookings.
Cancellation policy
For 1–6 guests
- Up to 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booking. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a £20 per person deposit fee.
For 7 or more guests
- Up to 7 days’ notice is required to cancel a booking. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will be charged the deposit fee.

Gents
- No shorts, vest/tank tops, slides, crocs, sliders/slippers, hoodies, tracksuits, jogging bottoms, or hats.
Ladies
- No slides, sandals, crocs, trainers, or sliders/slippers.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not adhering to the dress code policy.
Age
Play LDN is an 18+ restaurant/bar/lounge. proof of age is required.
- You must be 18 years and over to book the restaurant.
- You must be 21 years and over to book the shisha lounge.

Harassment policy
If it’s unwanted, it’s harassment.
Speak up. if you see something, say something.
We have a zero-tolerance policy on harassment.
If you experience or witness any behaviour that makes you feel uncomfortable in the venue then please tell us, our staff are trained to help you in these situations. Our staff will immediately alert our welfare officer of any complaint to ensure that this is dealt with.
Any form of harassment including leering, rude comments or touching will be dealt with, and anyone caught harassing other patrons will be given a lifetime ban from our premises. Your safety comes first.

Welfare policy
Your health and safety at Play LDN is our priority. Please speak with a member of staff if you need any help.
Let a member of our team know right away if you feel unwell or uncomfortable.
We have a welfare officer on-site whose job it is to look after you. If you need to speak to a member of the team we encourage you to do so and we will not judge you.
We encourage all guests to keep an eye out for their friends. If they appear unwell or uncomfortable please check if they are ok and report to a member of staff if you are worried about them.
